Please see some common questions below regarding the myScans system to access your images.

Is this suitable for sharing with medical professionals?

No, this is strictly for non-medical use only. If you wish to forward your medical records to a health care provider, we can do this for you via appropriate channels.

Where do I access my images?

Please visit our myScans web platform at https://myscans.tuc.nz to access your images. Please enter the same email address you provided to our reception staff. You will be sent and email with a secure one-time sign in link to access your images.

Other Sign-In Options

Google Sign In
You can also use Google to sign in using the Continue with Google option, the email address of your Google account must be the same as the email you provided

Access Code
We're phasing out Access Codes, however, you can still use your email address and access code to sign in if you have one. Click the "Use Access Code instead" link on the sign in page.

How do I share my images?

To share your images simply tap the share button below each image you wish to share. You will then be presented with relevant sharing options depending on the device you are using. Note that when you share videos, they may not repeat as they do in the app, this depends on the platform they are being shared to, however, Facebook and X will automatically loop short videos.

Why aren't all my scan dates available?

We will only add images to the app if you ask us to do so at the time of your scan. If you want images from previous scans added to the app, we can do this, however, there might be a fee involved as this requires extra processing time, please contact us to find out more.

I think I have someone else's images, what do I do?

All images in the myScans system have been deidentified, however if you believe you have received images in error, or your find personal information in an image, please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.
