My Scans App

The My Scans App allows you to view images of your ultrasound scans at The Ultrasound Clinic on your iPhone or Android mobile. You can easily share your images with family and friends through social media, instant messaging and email, or just back them up somewhere safe.

We'll store your images securely in the cloud for at least 12 months (we'll give you plenty of warning if they are going to be removed so you have time to back them up). Your images are also downloaded onto your phone so that it doesn't use any unnecessary data and also allows you to view your images offline.

Where can I get the app?

The app is available for free on the App Store and Google Play. You can download it by clicking one of the buttons below. We'll also send you an email with instructions when your images are ready to be viewed in the app.

How much does it cost?

There's is a fee of $10 per scan to have your images processed for use in the app, however, if you pay a surcharge for your scan, such as certain pregnancy scans in the evenings and weekends, the fee will be waived. We can also process the images of scans you've had with us previously.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes, your images are de-identified before they are uploaded into secure cloud storage. This means that the ultrasound images do not contain information that could identify you. The only identifiable information stored in the cloud is the email address you provide us to send your unique access code to, and this is stored separately from the images.
