Cancellation Policy

Due to a high number of patients not attending appointments, we regrettably have no choice but to implement an appointment cancellation policy coming into effect from 4 February 2019.

Our cancellation policy

We hope you appreciate that our time is valuable, not only to us as a small local business, but also to other patients wanting to book appointments with us. If you cannot attend your appointment, you must give us 4 business hours notice. This means if your appointment is at 8 a.m., you must let us know by 1 p.m. the day before in order to give us time to fill your allocated appointment time.

If you do not provide adequate notice, you will be charged a fee:

  • All government funded pregnancy scans will incur a $30 fee
  • All other scans will incur the full private fee for the applicable scan as per our price list

In addition to this, we request that all appointments are confirmed at least 4 hours prior. We will send a reminder text message at least one business day before your appointment requesting you to confirm your appointment by replying to our message, or by calling or emailing us. If we do not receive confirmation we will attempt to contact you to confirm. If we are unable to do so, your appointment will be cancelled.

If you need to cancel your appointment

Please ensure you include your name and the date and time of your appointment.
