My Scans App

Notice: The myScans app is now web based, the Android/iPhone app is no longer required.

The My Scans web app allows you to view images of your ultrasound scans at The Ultrasound Clinic. You can easily share your images with family and friends through social media, instant messaging and email, or just back them up somewhere safe.

We'll store your images securely in the cloud for at least 12 months (we'll give you plenty of warning if they are going to be removed so you have time to back them up). 

Where can I view my images?

Please visit https://myscans.tuc.nz to view your images. Please note that you will need to request that you would like a digital copy of your images at the time of your scan. We will then take your email address and you will receive and email within 1 business day after your scan with your access code to log in. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam/junk folder, and if it's not there, please contact [email protected] for help.

How much does it cost?

There is no cost if you request your images at the time of your scan. If you would like old images, we may charge a fee of $10 per visit.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes, your images are de-identified before they are uploaded into secure cloud storage. This means that the ultrasound images do not contain information that could identify you. The only identifiable information stored in the cloud is the email address you provide us to send your unique access code to, and this is stored separately from the images.
