Monthly Gift Card Draw for Google Reviews

If you leave us a review on Google you'll be entered into the monthly draw to win a $100 PAK'nSAVE gift card.

Terms and Conditions for the Monthly Gift Card draw:

• To be eligible for the draw you must have used our services within the last 30 days of leaving a review.
• Reviews must be genuine and based on your personal experience.
• We must be able to match reviews to our client records. If your name on Google doesn't match the name we have on file you can email [email protected] and let us know.
• Winners will be randomly selected on the first business day of the following month.
• Winners will be notified by SMS or email. You will either be able to collect your gift card from The Ultrasound Clinic (proof of identification required), or have it posted to you. If you choose post, The Ultrasound Clinic will not be liable if the gift card is lost in the post or otherwise not received. 
• The Ultrasound Clinic reserves the right to cancel or modify the draw at any time.
